Overview
Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP) is a hands-on training, it’s especially designed to help participants to understand the core concepts of the Kanban method, and how to implement Kanban at a Team level. It serves as an entry-level course for the participants who are enthusiastic to gain knowledge in Kanban.
The participants understands: how to design Team Kanban Board, and the structure of Kanban System Design. This training covers all aspects of Kanban including Proto-Kanban, Kanban board, Kanban Ticket design, WIP limits, Service Classes, and Cadences in Kanban. The training is delivered through interactive sessions, team-building exercises, games and simulations that helps participants to develop collaboration skills and utilize the same in their organization. Team members will learn how to be effective within a Team.
